As you may or may not know, I record all of the Wookie tunes here at our own studio (except for Out of the Jar where half was done at Echo Bay Studio). Usually people write, practice for months, and then bring it to a studio... but I produce in an unusual (even backwards) way in which I write and record at the same time. I like to capture a feeling at it's moment of creation. I think there's a magic there, even if it's not polished or rehearsed. The nice thing is, thanks to modern technology, we can share our music with you moments after it was concieved. I'm going to post more often on this page, so check back from time to time... everything from the Archives to brand new rough drafts. So keep an open ear and a sense of humor... Thanks, Murphy
